I was doing some afternoon peddling on Sunday - 6pmish on the typical Steamer Route. Just off Dobbs and heading into Dead Mans Slough I was hassled by a pickup truck full of what im guessing were teens 2-3 boys in the truck. I was in my groove doing about 27mph coming down the downhill portion just off of Dobbs headed into Dead Mans Slough. The truck pulled along side me slowing down enough to stay beside me for a brief moment barely giving me enough of the roadway to stay on the road and then an airhorn device was blown at me, then sped away. Truck was a black newer model 05-07 Chevy Quad Cab, tinted windows, with lift kit, aftermarket tires, loud aftermarket exhaust with a large white "SUPRA" decal sticker on rear window. Im guessing the owner of the truck is into Supra Boats based on the decal and the airhorn was typical of one that would be used on a boat, probably his daddies truck im guessing.

C'mon dog....you being the police officer, you didnt get the tag # and go and show him who he's dealing with? What's up with that? Man I dont feel safe with you anymore:) Gonna have to go and recruit me a new officer. :)

We should all keep an eye out for these guys. Be nice to find out where they reside. If they are in Dad's truck, Dad will not be happy camper. Be fun to have a Tues night stop off and say hi. Nothing like coming to your door and have 25 guys wanting to meet you. Best punishment when we find them - they have to come ride a few times - I'm sure we can find some bikes.

Tyler and I got blasted by the air horn by the same punks last night on shady shores road right before the bridge. They pulled up right beside us and hit the air horn. My ear is still ringing today. I didn't get the license plate number but it is a very distinctive truck. - all black customized full size truck (chevy I think) - dark tinted windows on back and sides - medium sized white "supra" sticker on back window with smaller white stickers around it If anyone sees this truck and can find out where they live please post the address here. Without sounding too much like an officer "standby im putting something together!" Update: I've notified CPD first hand regarding the incidents thus far. They have been given written descriptions - vehicle information regarding the incidents. Information will be given to all patrol officers with attempts made to identify and speak with the occupants about the seriousness and implications of their conduct.

I have seen that truck a number of times at the Point Vista boat ramp. Never any people, just the truck. I also saw it at Dallas Ski, big Supra Sticker with smaller ones around it. Green Fox sticker above the Supra sticker.

I went past Dallas Ski last night and saw a black truck with a Supra sticker. However, it wasn't the vehicle in question. The truck I am looking for has a Supra sticker in the center of the back window not off to the side. Thanks for the tip anyway!
